We offer several different decaffeination processes for you to choose from. Each kind has its own flavor profile.

MC DECAF: – Our standard MC Decaf coffee is eco-friendly decaffeinated at the Qusac facility in Ontario Canada. This is the standard MC decaf processing that has been the standard decaf in the coffee industry for many years.

MWP DECAF: – Our MWP Decaf – Mountain Water Decaf process is done at their MWP facility and then exported to USA. It is beginning with green coffee beans being either steamed or soaked in hot water to expand the coffee’s pores, making the caffeine more easily extractable. From there, the beans are soaked in water and a proprietary blend of coffee solids, which, over time removes the caffeine while leaving the original flavor oils intact. That water is then moved to a separate tank and the caffeine is filtered out. The beans are then dried and shipped to us.

SWP DECAF: – Our SWP Decaf – Swiss Water Process uses the elements of water, temperature and time to create some of the most intriguing decaf coffee. They start with small batches of amazing coffee beans then add water and a dash of loving attention by monitoring time and temperature until the coffee is 99.9% caffeine free. After decaffeination process is complete the coffee is exported to USA.
