Why is your coffee so reasonable?
We started out as a family operation in one building and in this way we are able to keep our operating costs down and we in turn pass those savings on to you our customer.
Is your coffee any good?
Well we are likely a little biased in replying that we believe our coffee is as good as or probably a little better than any other seller out there.
Do you use a good grade of coffee beans?
Yes we use only specialty-grade coffee beans and many of our beans have additional certifications as well such as Rainforest Alliance, FairTrade, Organic, BirdFriendly, etc.
Who roasts and ships your coffee?
Smokin Beans Coffee Co. is a dedicated roastery. We roast, pack, and ship all of our orders in-house from one location.
How do you ship your orders?
At this time we exclusively ship with USPS Priority.
Why do you use USPS Priority and is there a cheaper way to ship?
In our experience USPS Priority is the most economical option available among all the current shippers. Plus most of their Priority orders deliver to you the customer in only 2-3 days.
How long does it take to get my package?
We strive to prepare your order and have it out the door and USPS possession within 1 business day. From this point it is up to the carrier but most will deliver 2-3 days after this.
Where do you ship to?
We only ship within the United States at this time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes most of our items include free shipping.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order using our website 24/7. You can also email us your order at email@example.com and include your ship to address and phone number and we will send you a PayPal invoice prior to shipping for payment.
What payment options are available?
We use Amazon Pay and PayPal our website is completely secure and encrypted.
Do you offer in house credit terms?
No we do not offer in house credit accounts. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. This allows us to keep our prices low for you.
Do you custom blend?
We can, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what you are wanting .
What is your return policy?
We guarantee that you will be 100% happy and satisfied with your purchase, you will be able to return your item for a full store credit. Please contact us prior to returning your item. Returns must be made within 2 weeks of purchase. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ROASTED COFFEE.
Do your products contain GMO ingredients?
We are not aware of any of our coffees containing GMO ingredients.
