SOUTHERN ITALY ESPRESSO: – Southern Italy Espresso is traditionally roasted much darker than the Northern Italy Espresso. This distinguished blend is excellent at our Espresso Roast, while in Southern Italy it would certainly be an Italian Roast or darker with lots of oil on the beans surface. At the Espresso Roast level this sumptuous blend dazzles with superb mocha/caramelized sugar notes in the cup. A splendid cup on its own, or as an elegant base for your favorite syrups.
