WHEN CAN I LEAVE A REVIEW?
Once you have made a purchase and received the item then the option will become available to leave a fair and honest review of the item. Perhaps the easiest way to write a review will be to use the review invitation link that will be sent via email around 7-10 days after you make a purchase from our site. Alternatively, you can sign in to your smokinbeans account and then write your review.
IS THERE ANY BENEFIT FOR ME TO LEAVE A REVIEW?
Yes, the first will be the fact that you are helping others by leaving an honest review of the product. Additionally, you will also receive 500 points and a 20% discount coupon for each review you write. We offer 500 points and the 20% discount as a thank you for sharing your valuable insights on our products.
WHAT ARE THE REVIEW GUIDELINES?
Everyone appreciates fair and honest reviews from real customer’s personal experiences with the product. Share what you like about the product, the product quality, what it does for you, and if you would recommend it to your friends.
WHAT NOT TO INCLUDE IN THE REVIEW
Please refrain from profane language or leaving personal information not directly related to the product. Please do not include direct reference to a competitor’s item. Remember a product review is about the product and not, for example, about a “bad shipping experience where the carrier made a mistake or delivered late” as carrier related reviews may be more appropriate on the carriers’ site… 😊

If there is ever an issue with damage in transit, long shipping delays, mis-delivery or any such issue that may arise you have our promise that we will be ready to help you in any way we can! HOW TO DECIDE ON STAR RATINGS?
Ever wonder what star rating best fits the product? Of course, we would like to think our products are all 5-star products! But the review should reflect your experience with our product. Did the product make you happy? Was it a quality product? Would you recommend it to your friends? Was Smokin Beans staff helpful if you had requested their assistance regarding the product or service? Would you order the product again? What did you like best about it?
- 5-Star Review – A five-star review will be a good choice if you are happy overall with your purchase. The product performed well for you. You feel it was a quality product, and you would recommend it to your friends.
- 4-Star Review – A four-star review would reflect that you are mostly happy with the product, but you feel as though it wouldn’t quite be up to a full 5-star standard.
- 3-Star Review – A three-star review seems to speak of a certain lack of product quality or service and that you would not recommend the product to your friends.
- 2-Star Review – A two-star review is negative. It would indicate a real lack in quality or service. (email us first for a resolution, if you would please)
