After harvest, the coffee is brought to famous mill Concepcion Escuintla where it is sun-dried on patios, separated by size, density, and color. The result is a superior cup with extreme complexities. This is a rich tasting, full-bodied coffee especially at darker roasts, nice smooth and creamy mouthfeel, with elegant chocolaty notes throughout.
