SATISFACTION GUARANTEED – Your complete satisfaction is very important to us and we work very hard to meet your expectations. We do accept returns if you are dissatisfied with your order, first email orders@smokinbeans.com to get RMA (return merchandise authorization) then you can return it for a refund of the product value.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return you will need to first send a return request to our email – orders@smokinbeans.com. In this email you need to explain what has happened and why you wish to return the item for refund or exchange. Include photos of the damage or product defect for us to review. Our team will be in contact with you within 24-48 hours with a full resolution offering either a return authorization, a prepaid return label, or other resolution as is deemed applicable by our team.

ONCE RETURN AUTHORIZATION IS RECEIVED
If you have received return authorization follow the instructions in your return authorization email. Returns will need to be sent to the address below according to the following specifications.

  •  Return Address: 9074 Clarks Mill Rd. Louisville, GA 30434
  •  Returns accepted within 14 days from the product arriving
  •  Returns accepted if the item(s) is(are) damaged, or is not the item(s) ordered, any other circumstances will need to be discussed with our customer service department
  •  Sorry but we don’t accept returns on roasted coffee.
