ROASTED PERU: – Peruvian Coffee known as ‘Tres Cumbres’ is grown on the highest ranges of the South American Andes near the Amazon River basin. Here the coffee is organically grown and harvested by 109 families in the district of Lonya Grande, Amazon Uctubamba. In the wild rugged terrain, the farmers growing the plant varietals of Catimor, Catturra, and Typica at high elevations of 1300-1700 MASL. This coffee produces a complex full-bodied cup with floral, smoky overtones, a gentle acidity, and a clean, bright aromatic finish. This is a delightful coffee that goes with about anything.
PERU COFFEE: – This is a sweet complex coffee with deep flavor notes. Features gentle acidity, a nice full body, floral/smoky overtones, slightly tart, flavor nuances of honey, milk chocolate, and orange, the finish is bright and aromatic. Smooth, bright, and complex, an elegant coffee that you will want to try!
