MEXICAN: – The Mexican growing regions have been providing some outstanding coffees in recent years. These coffees are characterized by medium body, medium/high acidity, a sweet smooth body, with hints of freshly roasted hazelnuts. This coffee comes from the region of Chiapas, Mexico. This Arabica coffee is 100% shade-grown and naturally cultivated. It is processed and exported by indigenous coffee growers from the Cascada Jaltenango Community Grower Group of Farms. These farmers are growing varietals of Typica, Bourbon, and Mondo Novo. This organic coffee has achieved the status of Strictly High Grown. The processing method is washed then sun-dried offering a brighter cup.
