ROASTED EL SALVADOR: – Coffee production in El Salvador has fueled its agricultural economy providing more than 50% of its export revenues. The Cuzachapa Cooperative in El Salvador has committed itself to producing quality coffee and to protecting its farmers and environment. The local Cooperative has supported hospitals and local schools, namely “La Escuela Santa Elenita”, for the families within the community in which the cooperative operates. The Cooperative has also made efforts to support reforestation around Chalchupa. Cuzcachapa plantations have been named as the best coffee companies in El Salvador.

FAMOUS MILL: – Since this region has become so well respected in recent years, it has become the official processing mill for the annual “Cup of Excellence” competition since 2005.
